Webs and the Myths

As the term web 3.0 is becoming popular. Here is an overview of how they are related in terms of Speed — Secure — Decentralization — Utility.
Speed:
— Speed alone is not enough
— TPS does not mean Speed
Secure:
— single block proposer and leader-based approaches. Are they secure?
Decentralization:
— more nodes := more decentralized. Is it true?
New Metrics:
— Better metrics are needed. TPS is not a good metric itself.
— Possibly a combination of SSD and SSDU?
